Rain Cleaner is written by one person, so there is no ticket system and no call centre — and no bot answering either.

### If you are reporting a problem

Say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, plus your Windows version and the version of Rain Cleaner (it is in the bottom left corner of the program). If the protection screen was involved, the journal is at C:\ProgramData\RainCleaner\shield\shield.log — it holds paths and command lines, never the contents of your files, so you can read it before you send it.
A screenshot usually saves an entire exchange of letters.

### What will not happen

There is no phone support and no guaranteed response time. There is also no marketing list: writing here does not sign you up for anything, and the address is not passed on.
Answers come in English or Bulgarian; write in whichever of the six languages you prefer and it will be understood.
