### 問題を報告される場合

行った操作、期待した結果、実際に起きたことに加えて、Windows のバージョンと Rain Cleaner のバージョン(プログラムの左下に表示されています)をお知らせください。保護画面が関係している場合、ログは C:\ProgramData\RainCleaner\shield\shield.log にあります。ログにはパスとコマンドラインが記録されますが、ファイルの内容は含まれませんので、送信前にご確認いただけます。
スクリーンショットがあると、何度もやり取りをせずに済むことがよくあります。

### 行われないこと

電話サポートはなく、返信までの時間も保証していません。マーケティング用のリストもありません。ここに連絡しても何かに登録されることはなく、アドレスが第三者に渡されることもありません。
回答は英語またはブルガリア語になります。6つの言語のうちお好きな言語でご連絡いただければ、内容は理解できます。
