무엇을 했는지, 어떤 결과를 예상했는지, 실제로 어떻게 되었는지와 함께 Windows 버전과 Rain Cleaner 버전(프로그램 왼쪽 아래 모서리에 있어요)을 알려 주세요. 보호 화면과 관련된 문제라면 기록 파일이 C:\ProgramData\RainCleaner\shield\shield.log에 있어요. 여기에는 경로와 명령줄만 있고 파일 내용은 절대 들어 있지 않으니, 보내기 전에 직접 읽어 보실 수 있어요.
스크린샷 하나면 메일을 여러 차례 주고받는 일을 대개 줄일 수 있어요.

### 하지 않는 일

전화 지원은 없고, 보장된 응답 시간도 없어요. 마케팅 목록도 없어요. 여기로 메일을 보내도 어떤 것에도 가입되지 않으며, 주소는 다른 곳에 전달되지 않아요.
답변은 영어 또는 불가리아어로 드려요. 여섯 개 언어 중 편한 언어로 쓰셔도 이해할 수 있어요.
