About

One person,one rule.

Rain Cleaner is written and maintained by T. Vasilev. It started on 25 August 2026 from a simple irritation: every cleaner on Windows shows you a number and a big button, and none of them tells you what you are about to lose.

The rule the whole program is built on

Explain before you change anything. Every finding carries its own reason — where it came from, what it is, and what you give up if it goes. A scanner without an explanation in the offline knowledge base throws an error while it is still scanning, so an empty box can never reach you.

That rule is why the program is slower to write and easier to trust.

Free, and honestly free

The free version tells the whole truth and hides nothing behind a wall. Pro will be paid for the action and the scale — installing drivers, scheduled cleaning, several machines on one key — never for the knowledge. Pro is not on sale yet, so everything is open.

What it will never do

It is not an antivirus and is not sold as one. It cannot make your internet connection faster — that speed comes from your provider. It never kills or suspends a process to make a game faster — it lowers priorities and puts everything back.

The limits are written on the site, in the program and in llms.txt, in the same place and the same size as the promises.

Where it is made

Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows Server. Written in C# on .NET 8, interface in WPF, installer built with WiX. The explanations are our own offline database, not a language model, so they work with the network unplugged.
