The program is not open source. You get the right to run it, not to the code behind it.
Pro is sold through Stripe as a monthly (€5.99) or yearly (€34.99) subscription, or as a one-time lifetime licence (€74.99). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the program (Pro → Manage subscription); Pro then stays until the end of the paid period.

The program is provided as it is. It changes things on a computer: it deletes files you have chosen, it installs drivers through Windows Update, it changes priorities and power settings. Every one of those is explained beforehand and can be undone, and driver installs are preceded by a restore point and a copy of the driver store.
Even so, no software can promise that nothing will ever go wrong. Keep backups of anything you would not want to lose. To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for damage or lost data arising from use of the program.
