Fix My Server

It reads the journal, the service state and recent changes, then tells you what it thinks happened and what it can do about it.

We are looking for a small group of people who run their own Linux servers to try the first builds and tell us what is wrong with them. Tell us how many servers you run and which distro. That is all we need.
